Inc. today announced that it has opened its European office, in Paris. The new location
will give the North American based company a central location to concentrate on new
business opportunities in Europe. Release schedule to follow next month. "This is a signal that DreamCatcher is determined to
maintain its aggressive growth strategy, particularly in the PC Adventure games
market" said Richard Wah Kan, President and CEO. "Having greater control over
the production, publishing and distribution process within Europe will allow us to more
effectively duplicate the success we have enjoyed in North America - there's great
potential for us." DreamCatcher's European office will contain sales, marketing,
production and administrative personnel. The new office will be headed up by Olivier
Pierre, who was previously Co-Managing Director of French publisher, Wanadoo Edition.
The company is currently in negotiation with a number of key distributors
across Europe.
By the end of February, 2003, DreamCatcher expects to
have games on shelves in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal. A further
announcement in February will provide details of all distribution agreements and a full
product line-up.

Richard was recently named Ernst &Young Entrepreneur of the Year in September 2002.
Peter Chung, VP & Chief Financial Officer, joined the company after holding the
positions of Assistant Vice President with Manulife Financial and Manager with Ernst &
Young LLP. Marshall Zwicker, VP Marketing, started with DCI when it
was built in 1996. Having worked with Richard as Sales Manager with Discis Knowledge
Research Inc., Marshall shared Richard's dream and helped to bring it to fruition. Olivier Pierre, CEO DreamCatcher Europe, joined the company after holding the
positions of Co-Managing Director with the French publisher Wanadoo Edition and
International Sales Director with Servant Soft (financial and reporting software) and then
Cryo.
Product Line-up
Some of the company's most successful titles include
the critically acclaimed, Syberia, Riddle of the Sphinx, Beyond Atlantis, Dracula: The
Last Sanctuary and The Crystal Key. In 2003 DreamCatcher will publish more titles than
ever before, with sales expected in North America, Europe and Asia. Titles such as
PainKiller and BattleCruiser Generations will be the company's best sellers on the PC in
