After purchasing german entertainment company Blue Byte last month, yesterday another deal was confirmed, Acquisition of the Entertainment Division of The Learning Company by Ubisoft, which runs under the name of "GAME Studios" for a short period of time, after The Learning Company bought it from Mattel.
The most important product of GAME Studios in the next year is Myst 3 - Exile, with estimated units to ship of around 1,5 millions.
UbiSoft now owns the publishing rights for the next two Myst-sequels.
