Tony Tough and the Night of Roasted Moths in Stores on Halloween
WESTON, CT- October 4, 2002 - Got Game Entertainment, publisher of video games for PC and
other platforms, today announced that upcoming adventure for the PC, "Tony Tough and
the Night of Roasted Moths" will be in stores on October 31, 2002.
Coincidentally - or not - the game is set on Halloween night as detective Tony Tough must
solve the case of his kidnapped "dog" Pantagruel (actually a purple tapir), as
well as the mystery of the swollen-headed psychopath who is stealing the children's candy.
An adventure of stolen sweets and salty humor, the game was recently given a
"Teen" rating by the ESRB for mild violence, suggestive themes, and comic
mischief.
"The cartoon-style graphics may belie some very funny Southpark-esque humor, for lack
of a better term," said Got Game president and founder, Howard Horowitz. "The
game is loaded with the kinds of jokes that adults 'get' but may just fly right over the
heads of younger kids."
The game features more than 60 levels, as well as 45 characters whose unique voices were
supplied by professional actors. "We know we have something of a rarity on our
hands," said Horowitz, "and we have worked hard to make sure we don't disappoint
those 2D 'point & click' adventure fans who have been letting us know how much they're
looking forward to this game."
